LG PUBG TGL May registration are open!
May will be the last elimination phase of LG PUBG TGL. With the finals on June, the PUBG champion of the MENA region will be crowned. The champion team will directly enter the PUBG Global Invitational (PGI) 2018 to represent the best team in the EMEA region, on top of receiving an enormous cash prize from TGL.
As announced last week by PUBG Corp, the best 20 professional teams from all over the world will compete for the prize pool of 2.000.000$ in the PUBG Global Invitational 2018. PGI 2018 will be the first official great e-sports tournament held by the PUBG Corp. It will commence on June 25th to 29th June in Berlin.
Teams of four will compete in PGI 2018. TPP matches will be played on June 25th and 26th, FPP matches will be played on June 28th and 29th. There are a few additional rules concerning the LG PUBG TGL champion team’s participation in PGI 2018:
- All members of the participating team must be over 18 years old. Members, younger than 18, will not be able to participate in PGI.
- In the case that any member of the champion team of LG PUBG TGL is under 15, the team may either replace 1 member (if only 1 member is under 18) or the runner up team that qualifies will be invited to PGI.
- Only teams of 4 (without any reserve players) will be accepted. There will not be any backup players participating in PGI.
Teams from North African countries can sign up for LG PUBG TGL to enter the road to Berlin to compete online; however, all members shall be eligible to travel to Turkey for offline qualifier in case they qualify.
